Ingrediants:  1 human head, sand, rocks, fire, a good reason.

Before beginning the actual rites you must heat 9 fist-sized rocks
and several pounds of beach sand.
The first step in the process to shrinking heads well is the T-
incision.  After the head is removed from the body, you make a four
inch cut on the crown, near the back of the skull.
After that is cut, make a vertical incision down the back of the
skull towards where the neck used to be.  This is your seam, let
residual fluids drain.
The next step is to sew up the eye and mouth orifices (my favorite
part!)  Allow about 30 minutes for the fluids to drain, don't worry
about ALL of the fluids, you don't have to be exact, this isn't
rocket science.  After most of the fluids have seaped you can remove
the skull from the facial tissue.  I don't know what you should do
with the skull but I usually hide them.
Now you will have a nice bag of face skin.  Sew up the initial
incision at the crown of the skull completely and sew up the
vertical incision 3/4 to the neck.
Go get 3 of your hot rocks.  We are now curing our slimey face bag.
Insert the rocks (be careful not to burn yourself) and let them sit
in the head for 30 minutes.  Continue changing the rocks in sets of
three until you are out of rocks (90 minutes, obviously.)  You
should start to see the fruition of your crazed, maniacal new hobby.
After the rocks are spent, sew up the rest of the vertical incision
and pour in your hot sand.  Another 30 minutes.  Change the sand
four to five times, depending on your local climate.  By now your
new good luck charm will have shrunk to 3/4s of its original size.
If it doesn't work out perfectly the first time, don't get
discouraged, there are heads everywhere and practice makes perfect.
