hmm... our clan server has it, but most of the time its running DM, so i'm not sure whether that'll help much. however, its ip is 62.180.132.131:7810
and i dont know any other cause utwatcher doesn't work on my machine any more...
dont know if you already thought about it but for testing you could run a utserver on your machine with that mod installed, check perhaps with utwatcher if its working and then test with ucontrol.
